- (1) Community organizations that meet the criteria set by the fund and conduct poverty alleviation programs based on the community may be mobilized by the fund as needed to conduct the necessary programs for achieving the objectives in accordance with this Act.
(2) Organizations that wish to operate as per sub-section (1) shall be registered with the designated general fund.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the fund may provide grants or support to community organizations as prescribed for carrying out poverty alleviation programs.
